Synopsis

As the Simultaneous Global Default plunges the world into a never-ending war orchestrated by AI, humanity remains unaware of the extent of the threat.

Reactivated under the Prime Minister's secret orders, Section 9 hunts for Takashi Shimamura, a suspected post-human. During this mission, Togusa mysteriously disappears, prompting Motoko Kusanagi and her team to travel to a ruined Tokyo.

There, they confront the N refugee group and an American intervention unit. As a hijacked nuclear submarine threatens to spark a global conflict, the clash between Section 9, American forces, and the post-humans intensifies...

Contains the complete second season of Ghost In The Shell: SAC_2045, (episodes 1-12) on two Blu-ray discs. The series is presented in Japanese 5.1 audio with English subtitles.

This Collector's Edition consists of a rigid case, containing a Digipak to hold the three Blu-ray discs.
